How and when did you start DJ’ing?

I started Djing only about 4 years ago… I’ve always love music and my dad was a radio dj back in the day when I was a kid, so you could say that it runs in my family. I first started out doing kid parties and for schools and then I wanted to take my craft to the next level so I started doing clubs, then major events, then tours. I took something that started out as a hobby and made it into a full-time career.

I’ve seen you around your fans and they love you. What is the craziest thing one of your fans has said or done to you?

Wow, I have numerous things that people come up to me and say….mostly women of course… I’m going to try to keep the interview PG so I’m going skip over that question. Hahahaaaa but on the real everywhere I go everyone shows me much love and I show it back… Its crazy when people ask me for my autograph after the club… I’m still getting used to that.

Who is your celebrity crush?

Although there are a couple celebrities that could “Get It” lol I don’t really have a celebrity crush. I admire all the women in the game that are successful and hope I get to work with each and every one of them.

Who are your top five hip hop artist?

I’m a huge critic on lyrics and delivery when it comes to artist. I like a artist that can express what he/she feels in numerous ways.

Top 5 hip hop Artist:

Jay-Z
Lil Wayne
Rick Ross (Uuuugggggghhhh) lol
Wale
B. Hardy

When you are not DJ’ing, what are you doing?

Thinking of new and crazy ways to better myself! I’m always coming up with different ways to market or promote myself. Other than that I’m shopping, eating or looking for new hot music!

How did you get such a big name in the Dallas area?

Grinding like no other! I studied my market and saw what was missing and what other people weren’t doing yet and did it. Also by being a personality and someone who is sociable rather than being a average dj… After I did that the opportunities for me to advance in my career began to flood in and I took advantage of each and every one of them.

Whats the next big city we can look forward to seeing you work in?

Look out for me in ATL!!! That’s the next city to experience the “ASAP SHOW”! I have had my eyes set on Atlanta for a while and once I get my hands on it I’m not letting go!

What are you listening to on your ipod right now?

The Que P vs J. Cole mixtape,
B. Hardy- Throwaway rhymes 7, The Jett Show, Flight School 103,
And also anything Wale, Kanye West, and Ricky Rozay!!!

Do you have any big projects or appearances coming up that we should watch out for?

Look out for me coming thru your radio waves real soon! That’s my next big venture that I’m working on as we speak. Also look out for me on BET’s 106&Park Special guest DJ Cameo real soon.

Uuggggggghhhhhhhhhh!
