The intimate evening was hosted by Chopard President and CEO Marc Hruschka to benefit the Bass Museum of Art. The who’s who of Miami, including musician and producer Emilio Esefan; socialista Malinka Max; fashion designer Lei Marco; Consul General of Belgium Manuel Molina; as well as philanthropists Aristotle and Diane Ares and Oscar and Carole Seikaly, enjoyed the heritage of
ultimate luxury with an exclusive tour of the newly renovated boutique while enjoying a private shopping experience benefiting an excellent cause.
Every detail of the new boutique is the vision of Chopard Co-President and creative heartbeat, Caroline Scheufele. The Bal Harbour Shops boutique fused the brand’s DNA and history with innovation to create its global concept, which launched in 2007 at the Madison Avenue flagship in New York City. Stunningly appointed wood accents and fireplaces combine warmth with unified global identity.
Renowned architect Thierry W. Despont carried out the boutique commission with unprecedented impact using state-of-the-art technology. Based on his idea that Chopard represents a blend of century-old family tradition and high-tech creations, he modeled the new boutique as an eco-friendly spectacular where the drama of diamonds and fine art of watch making merge.
Chopard is located at Bal Harbour Shops, 9700 Collins Avenue, #127 First Level, Bal Harbour, FL 33154.
Chopard is graciously donating 15 percent of purchases from the entire week, April 25 through May 2,
2012, to benefit the Bass Museum of Art.
