New York’s One Group has been expanding at a rapid clip, with new restaurants up and running in Atlantic City’s Revel and London. Well, the news coming out of the group doesn’t stop. In addition to opening their STK steakhouse concept in London this September and Washington DC next spring, they are going to bring the meatery to Toronto in Fall of 2013. The group will also expand the Italian concept Asellina to London – that chic eatery currently has an outpost in NYC’s Gansevoort Park Avenue hotel. The new Asellina is scheduled to open this Fall. Combine that with some new concepts being rolled out in Vegas and this is one busy restaurant group.
