If you live in New York City and you’re a Jeezy fan, you better have been at Stage 48 last night (Sept. 3) for the Seen It All album release concert.

The Atlanta rap superstar, along with Hot 97, threw a free album release concert for Jeezy’s loyal fans and media members, making for a historical night. Making his grand entrance to the first two songs on the new project “1/4 Block” and “What You Say,” fans could tell that the night was going to be all about Jeezy’s growth over the years. Once the crowd was warmed up, Jeezy belted out his first single from the project “Me OK,” which put the loyal audience in an expected frenzy.

Since Jeezy’s made it clear with this album campaign that he’s in fact “seen it all,” the Snowman didn’t just stick to his newer material. Instead he took his fans down memory lane by performing hits off of TM: 101, including a joint performance with surprise guest Akon, who came out for fan favorite “Soul Survivor.” It was definitely a flashback to see the two hit the stage, and the energy was reminsicent of 2005 when the song first dropped. Despite the encouragement from the crowd, Jeezy switched back to his new material, performing songs such as the Game and Rick Ross-assisted “Beautiful,” his new single “Holy Ghost,” “Beez Like” and plenty more.

Although they don’t have any songs together, Jeezy did New York justice by taking time out of his set to bring the recently returned Remy Ma on stage, causing pure excitement in the crowd. Showing what she’s been cooking up over the last 6 years while behind bars, Remy performed her hits “Whatever,” her famous “Lean Back” verse, and her brand new remix to “They Don’t Love You No More.” By the end of her mini-set, it was safe to say that New York was thrilled to have her back.

From there, Jeezy returned to the glory years by performing classic hits “I Luv It,” “Get Ya Mind Right,” and “Go Crazy,” which literally made the crowd do just that. Continuing with the classics, Jizzle rocked out to “Trapstar,” “Who Dat,” “Go Getta,” and of course his game-changing hit “Put On.” Sadly, there was no Kanye.

One of the many standout moments from last night’s concert was when Jeezy brought out the Shmoney Dance originator Bobby Shmurda to perform his summer anthem “Hot N***a”…twice. Yes, twice. Shmurda and the GS9 crew had the whole building shook and it almost looked like Bobby was surprised to be there himself. Once they cleared the stage, Jeezy continued his musical journey into the TM: 103 era, where he brought out Future as a 4th surprise guest to perform “Way Too Gone.” Taking advantage of the Honest singer’s stage time, Jeezy let Future rock by himself to perform his summer anthem “Move That Dope.”

Finally, Future departed the stage so that Jeezy could do one last song before saying goodnight to the ride-or-die audience. Performing his title track “Seen It All” for the packed house, the exhausted crowd put all the energy they had to left to make the Snowman’s closing song a memorable one. The energy was on another level as soon as Jeezy rapped “…cause I’m the realest n—a in this…” when the bass dropped. One thing’s clear from last night’s show — Jeezy has NYC in the palm of his hand, and he isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
