Jackass 3D – Review

Ten Years ago, a group of outlaw teens took to the streets in search of some raw humor, involving innocent people, pranks, and just outlandish stunts. What was the Result?! A 50 million dollar debuting SUCCESS! Fast forward ten years, and courtesy of director Jeff Tremaine, the gang is back at it again in JACKASS 3D! The movie starts off with a nostalgic bang as cult heroes Beavis and Butthead appear with a brief skit instructing the audience on how to embrace the new 3D technology, saying that it “does not suck”. The movie essentially has no plot, going from stunt to stunt, involving every cast member including a few of the cameramen.

The movie does have several new crude pranks and skits that stay true to the jackass form .The skits included were bee tether-ball, and a giant hand contraption that literally smacks the daylights out of employees unexpectedly as they entered the office. Taunting animals, portable toilets flying thru the air, and Santa flying from falling trees are just a few of the bits one should look for

In closing, those going to the movie expecting an “Oscar” performance, should well, *clears throat* look elsewhere, however, those looking for just under two hours of raunchy fun, and stomach testing laughs, will definitely be in their element!
