The Related Group celebrated a milestones across Miami, including Brickell Heights and Paraiso Bay breaking grounds, followed by the launch of Paraiso Bayviews with designer Karim Rashid. East Edgewater community is taking shape on five bay front acres, with four towers planned featuring world-renowned designers, creating an urbanist’s paradise of luxury and lifestyle. The afternoon ended with a rooftop tour of the developing Edgewater community at the recently topped-off Iconbay. Iconbay is located at 460 NE 28 Street with residences averaging 1,293 square feet Sales are handled by Fortune International Realty and Related Realty Sales.
Brickell Heights is The Related Group’s newest condominium community in the Brickell area. Phase One of Brickell Heights is a two tower project consisting for 690 residential units on 49 floors with rooftop pools and approximately 100,000 sf of commercial space, award winning restaurants and office space. A 35,000 sq. foot, three-story Equinox fitness center, as well as a SoulCycle studio – both a first for downtown Miami – will anchor the project. Designed by world-renowned design firms Arquitectonica and Rockwell Interior Design, the community will also feature a state of the art amenity deck with media room, social rooms and children’s play room. The Related Group has commissioned Argentinean artist Fabian Burgos to design several colorful murals, which will surround the parking podium and be visible within the entire Central Brickell area.
