Today, Governor Scott and Lieutenant Governor Lopez-Cantera joined Armando Christian Perez, aka Pitbull, at SLAM! Academy Charter School to celebrate and announce the future expansion of the school. Governor Scott also presented Armando Christian Perez aka Pitbull with the Florida Ambassador of the Arts Award, which recognizes those whose dedication and exceptional contributions to the arts help enhance the quality of Florida’s diverse culture.
