Jack Freeman joined Jagged Edge on their “An Evening with Jagged Edge: 25 Years of J.E. Heartbreak” tour. To promote the release of his his third studio album, Nina—a project inspired by Black women, exploring themes of love, relationships, and resilience. Nina, co-produced by Bryan-Michael Cox.

The concert took place at the Knight Theater at Levine Center for the Arts, a venue known for its intimate atmosphere and excellent acoustics .​

As the opening act, Jack Freeman delivered a soulful performance that set the tone for the evening. Following his set, he sat down for an exclusive interview to discuss his upcoming album, offering insights into his creative process and the inspiration behind his latest work.​

Jagged Edge headlined the event, celebrating the 25th anniversary of their landmark album J.E. Heartbreak. Fans were treated to live renditions of classic hits like “Let’s Get Married,” “Promise,” and “Where the Party At,” as well as selections from their newer material.​

The Charlotte stop was part of a limited nine-city tour across the U.S., commemorating the group’s enduring impact on R&B music.​
