On October 4th, California native Anderson .Paak, brought his “Malibu” tour to Chicago! It was a packed night at The Huntington Bank Pavillion on a beautiful fall evening. The tour featured Anderson .Paak and the Free Nationals so all of the real music lovers were in attendance. This was an “all ages” show so the crowd was very diverse and very antsy to see the highly anticipated artist.
The show ran a little late but as soon as .Paak stepped foot on stage the people erupted! All of his fans sang along happily all night as he played some of his biggest hits such as “Heart Don’t Stand A Chance”, “The Season / Carry Me”, “Am I Wrong”, “Room In Here”, and “Come Down”. He also performed a few popular songs not from the album that the crowd definitely enjoyed. You can tell that his fans were excited and he has truly built a supportive and loving core fan base. It was amazing to see an artist touch the hearts of so many people despite being in such a large space. He put on an incredible show and I think I speak for everyone in attendance when I say we can’t wait to hear more from Anderson .Paak. “Malibu” is nothing short of a classic!”
