Andscape’s highly anticipated film “THEY FIGHT” made its red carpet debut at the Tribeca Festival on Monday, June 8, drawing cast members, filmmakers, and special guests for an evening celebrating the project’s premiere.
Following the screening, attendees were treated to a Q&A session featuring writer and director Sheldon Candis alongside members of the cast, offering insight into the film’s creation and themes. The celebration continued with an after-party at the Moxy Lower East Side, where guests gathered to mark the occasion.
Among those in attendance were stars André Holland, Wendell Pierce, Toussaint Francois Battiste, and Tory J. Malone, as well as Candis. The premiere also welcomed special guests Michael Eaves, Russell Hornsby, and Andscape’s Jason Aidoo.
The Tribeca Festival screening served as an early showcase for the film ahead of its wider release. “THEY FIGHT” is scheduled to premiere on Hulu on Disney+ beginning July 17.
The evening highlighted both the film’s arrival on the festival circuit and the anticipation surrounding its upcoming streaming debut.
