I named my first mix tape AJ The R&B General and it stuck ever since.

What was it like winning BET’s 106&Park Wild Out Wednesdays not only once but twice?
It was the best feeling ever, especially knowing that I have supporters out there that went the extra mile to make sure I won! I love my fans

My influences is my family and especially my mother and father.

Right now, definitely Usher & R.Kelly
How do you feel about today’s music?
I personally feel like its lacking realness and it sounds artificial not like how music used to be.

I feel as if I bring a unique, creative, real style that any and everyone can relate to.

Right now I would have to say Jasmine Sullivan, Jennifer Holiday and family friend Betty Wright.
