Growing up on the South Side of Atlanta. Clay Co has changed quite a bit. It’s not as hot and thriving as it was when Southlake Mall was the hottest spot in Morrow and I worked at the Chick-fil-a in the foodcourt. So when I heard ESCO South was doing a car show the last Sunday of every month. We had to be a part of any Campaign that’s trying to restore the greatness and sense of community that we once had in Clayton Co. Southlake Mall used to be so much more than a cliché. Thank you to South Side’s own 2 Chainz for doing his part to try and revitalize the commerce and the community in Clayton Co. Anyway enough of the trip down memory lane. Check out below.
Southside Sundays is a popular car show series hosted by rapper 2 Chainz in Morrow, Georgia. The event takes place at Escobar South, one of 2 Chainz’s establishments, and features a vibrant display of custom cars, including both old school and new school models. Bike’s and Bike clubs. Goodie Mob’s own Cee-lo Green was in attendance showing off his Old School. It’s held on the last Sunday of the month and is a key part of the local car culture, reflecting the unique style and creativity of the Southside community.
