Os Gêmeos, Brazilian-born stars of contemporary art, source inspiration for their color-rich and multi-faceted work from their hometown of São Paulo. Identical twin brothers Otavio and Gustavo Pandolfo began their career as graffiti artists in the 1980s, and hip-hop culture have had a lasting impact on their work, which has been displayed in major exhibitions throughout the world.Today, Os Gêmeos boast an extensive body of work ranging from murals, frescoes, paintings and sculptures to mixed-media installations incorporating music and dance.
The Collaboration
The partnership between Os Gêmeos and Hennessy was truly a coming together of passion for craftsmanship and persistence of excellence. This meeting allowed for experimentation and resulted in the creation of a new perspective. This culminated in the sharing of new rhythms, rhythms that, in common, explore new methods, leading to an image of reflection: Never Stop. Never Settle. A true collector’s item, each 750ml bottle of Hennessy V.S Limited Edition by Os Gêmeos is individually numbered and features a QR code that provides a link to exclusive Hennessy and artist content. Suggested retail price is $32.00. The bottle will be available starting July 2013 at fine retailers nationwide.
