# Is Ombre Still In?

**The Note:**
 Ombré was a big trend over the past year, but it seems that some 
don not want to let this style go!

**The Look:**
 For my clients, we don’t have to say goodbye just yet, but I will
be toning you down a bit. No more extreme or heavy rooted look. Instead of solid
highlighted ends, I would do a much softer, subtle effect. Think more of a beachy,
sun kissed look!

**The Tip:**
 Another way to achieve the ombré look, without processing your hair
with bleach or other chemicals, is through extensions! Tape extensions will give
you more of an ombré effect, where single strand keratin bonds will leave you with
more of a highlighted look.
