“Why you babysitting only 2 or 3 shots, I’m a show you how to turn it up a notch”,
says K-Dot in the single “Swimming Pools” off of his HIGHLY anticipated “Good Kid
M.A.A.D. City” debut album, which is on iTunes now.

This LA based lyricist has a story to tell & even more lessons to pass along. Growing
up in the gang violent, poverty stricken streets of Compton, Kendrick was set aside
from those of even his friends. Never did 25-year-old Lamar have intentions of a
gang banger, but he did have intentions on being high up in the music business.
Legendary hip hop producer & mogul, Dr Dre invested in him and his music, which
tells stories that will surely reach the heart. Whether your melodic cup of tea
is hip hop, EDM, or jazz; Kendrick’s an artist with dream driven, educational hip
hop music, full of essence.
