Country duo LOCASH is hitting the road this summer, launching the first leg of its coast-to-coast “Let The Country Music Play Tour,” a North American run inspired by the group’s latest feel-good anthem of the same name.
Fresh off the celebration of National Piña Colada Day, the duo is keeping the summer party alive with a tour named after its collaboration with Parmalee, “Let The Country Music Play.” The upbeat track reimagines Rupert Holmes’ classic hit “Escape (The Piña Colada Song)” into a modern country anthem that celebrates great songs, good friends and the spirit of country music.
The tour will take LOCASH to audiences across the United States, Mexico and beyond, with appearances at several of the season’s biggest festivals. Highlights include Freedom Fest in Little Falls, Minnesota on July 17, the OC Smoke Show in Mission Viejo, California on Aug. 15, and Country Splash Cabo in San José del Cabo, Mexico on Sept. 5. Additional dates will carry the tour through mid-December.
Beyond the concert stage, LOCASH will also make a stop at the Hilton Head Island Jam Songwriter Festival in September, where the duo will host the LOCASH Golf Bash at Atlantic Dunes at Sea Pines Resort. The charity scramble tournament will benefit local Lowcountry organizations as well as the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, combining music, community and philanthropy in one memorable event.
With new music, a packed touring schedule and a growing list of festival appearances, LOCASH is set to keep country fans singing along all summer and well into the holiday season.
