Mexico’s women’s national team opened their international window with an emphatic
performance, cruising to a 3-0 victory over Jamaica in Kansas City.

Scorers: Delgado 23’, Burkenroad 32’, Bernal 37’

El Tri Femenil made a statement early, dominating possession and creating chance
after chance before finally breaking through in the 23rd minute. Alexia Delgado
opened the scoring, and the floodgates soon followed. Christina Burkenroad doubled
the lead just nine minutes later, and Rebeca Bernal capped off the first-half surge
in the 37th minute.

All three goals came in a span of just 14 minutes, as Pedro López’s squad showcased
their attacking flair and cohesion to secure a commanding halftime lead—one that
would hold through the final whistle.
