FC Dallas opened the 2026 MLS season with an exciting 3–2 win over Toronto FC at Toyota Stadium on Saturday night. Petar Musa led the charge with two goals, tying Blas Perez for fourth on the club’s all-time scoring list and becoming just the third player in team history to score twice in a season opener. Logan Farrington contributed a goal and an assist, including the decisive cross that set up Musa’s 74th-minute winner. Toronto responded twice through Djordje Mihailovic and Derrick Etienne Jr., but Dallas held firm behind five saves from goalkeeper Michael Collodi. The win improves Dallas’ strong history in season openers and extends its home sellout streak to 35 matches as the club prepares to host Nashville SC next weekend.
