In a time where most people jump on whats hot and stick with it only as long as its hot in the media it was refreshing to see that Actor Gerard Butler is still doing good over in Haiti.
Stepping out for a good cause, Gerard Butler turned up at the Artists for Peace and Justice’s ‘Let’s Build a School for Haiti’ fundraising dinner in New York City over the weekend.
Held at Salon Millesime at the Carlton Hotel, the “300” stud spent much of the evening alongside actor Adrien Brody while also mingling with filmmaker Paul Haggis and TV personality Moran Atias.
Aside from his goodwill efforts for the continuing earthquake relief efforts, recent reports tell that Gerard was ever the fine citizen last week while helping a damsel in distress in NYC.
Following dinner at Manhattan restaurant Villa Pacri on Thursday, Butler spotted a lady who lost her balance outside the eatery – after which he dashed to her aid while helping the unfortunate gal collect her belongings.
