The 5th Edition of the Pursuit of Excellence Summit (#POES26), presented by Amazon, brought together leaders from sports, business, finance, technology, media, and the arts during NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles for three days of intentional dialogue and collaboration. Attendees traveled from across the country to connect, learn, and build meaningful relationships rooted in growth and ownership.
Day One set the tone with elevated conversations focused on leadership and cross-industry collaboration. Day Two highlighted ownership and transition, honoring Dr. William Keyes and Joe Briggs with the Pursuit of Excellence Award and featuring impactful discussions on financial empowerment, athlete transitions, branding, women’s sports, and long-term vision. Day Three celebrated culture, creativity, and wellness, with live performances, a real-time art installation, and award recognitions for Sany Nguyen and NBA and G League player Andre Ingram. The Summit concluded with a powerful mental health conversation emphasizing that true success includes well-being.
