Yardfest Live from Howard University brought to you by [Ten Thousand Acres](https://www.tenthousandacres.com/).
Friday afternoon DJ Quicksilva jumped on the 1s & 2s to kickoff what’s widely considered
the nations best homecoming. The Mecca, also known as [Howard University](https://howard.edu/).
When asked about HU they told me “You Know” The Real [HU](https://howard.edu/)!

After Quick got the crowd hype he brought out a few student artists hit the stage
to open up for the headliners. Then 310 Babii hit the stage and had the crowd doi
it from left do rt do it!

Next up a man in all black takes the stage only to reveal himself as Ty Dolla Sign
and the crowd went wild, making it feel like a carnival on Yard!
 Then Leon Thomas
came out and slowed down as Derrick Milano was up next and he had a show and a surprise
as he got down on bended knee and asked Angela to marry him. She Said and then performed
her new single. Coming to the stage to close it out was Ben Da Don, a host with
his flow as he brought out Boston Richie and closed it out with him.
