Nashville’s Nissan Stadium was on fire Saturday night as CMA Fest Day 3 delivered a stacked lineup of country legends, breakout stars, and surprise collaborations that had fans on their feet from the first guitar strum to the final firework.
The evening opened with a wave of nostalgia as Deana Carter set the tone, performing ‘90s classics like “How Do I Get There” and “Did I Shave My Legs for This?” before bringing the crowd to full voice with her timeless anthem “Strawberry Wine.”
Next up, rising rockers Red Clay Strays stormed the stage with gritty guitar-heavy tracks like “Wondering Why” and “No One Else Like Me,” bringing a refreshing Southern edge to the stadium’s massive sound system.
Blake Shelton brought his hit parade to life, showing the depth of his catalog with standouts like “Texas” and “Austin.” But it was his surprise collab with Trace Adkins that lit the crowd up. When the two teamed up for “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk,” Nissan Stadium turned into a full-blown country party.
Rising star Megan Moroney followed with a standout set, proving she’s no one-hit wonder. Her performance of “Tennessee Orange” was a fan favorite, but it was “Am I Okay?”—her second No. 1 single—that showed her vocal range and emotional depth.
Jordan Davis kept the energy high, rolling through fan favorites like “Take It From Me,” “Buy Dirt,” and “What My World Spins Around.” His set was polished, powerful, and had the entire stadium singing along.
The night closed with a major CMA Fest moment: Rascal Flatts reunited to deliver a greatest-hits finale that hit every emotional note. From “Yours If You Want It” to “Life Is a Highway,” the crowd sang every word. A surprise duet with Carly Pearce on “My Wish” capped the night with heartfelt emotion and brought generations of country fans together.
From nostalgia to new blood, Day 3 at Nissan Stadium proved once again why CMA Fest is the crown jewel of country music events. Big voices, big moments, and an even bigger crowd made this night one for the books.
