Atlanta welcomed one of its hometown champions on July 14 as NBA star Jaylen Brown returned to the city to headline the Atlanta Cultural Exchange, an event that celebrated fashion, entrepreneurship, innovation, and community engagement.
Held at The CTR in downtown Atlanta, formerly the CNN Center, the day-long event brought together entrepreneurs, students, creatives, business leaders, basketball fans, and community members for a series of conversations and interactive experiences centered on Atlanta’s future.
One of the event’s highlights was Brown’s 741 Pop-Up Shop, where attendees explored the latest collection from his lifestyle brand. More than just a retail experience, the activation gave visitors an inside look at the vision and values behind 741 while offering an opportunity to connect with the brand firsthand.
Brown also joined Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens for an exclusive fireside chat that focused on leadership, culture, entrepreneurship, innovation, and the future of the city. The discussion explored how athletes, business leaders, and public officials can collaborate to create meaningful opportunities and strengthen local communities.
Throughout the day, the Atlanta Cultural Exchange showcased Brown’s commitment to making an impact beyond basketball. By bringing together voices from across the city’s business, creative, and civic sectors, the event highlighted the importance of investing in community, fostering innovation, and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
The Atlanta Cultural Exchange added another memorable event to the city’s summer calendar while reinforcing Jaylen Brown’s deep connection to his hometown and his continued dedication to giving back both on and off the court.
